ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING, Saturday, January 14, 2017, Ted's Private Garden Restaurant, Sta. Cruz, Laguna

The Annual Membership Meeting coincided with our Food Tour of Laguna. The quorum requirement was fulfilled, and the outgoing President, Pia Lim-Castillo, officially handed over the leadership to the incoming President, Ige Ramos. Prior to the meeting, Pia emailed to all members the following documents: (1) Minutes of the Executive Board Meeting held on Tuesday, January 10, 2017; (2) President’s Report for the year 2016; and (3) Proxy Statement for quorum purposes.

-       Food tours planned for 2017;

-       Rainy-day lecture series planned for 2017;

-       Update on funds, as per the President’s Report for 2016;

-       Membership dues;

-       Accounting and legal matters;

-       Cookbook project; and

-       Other matters.
